Gelf's Varsity Letters sports reading series returns to New York on Thursday, March 5, at 8 p.m. At this free monthly event at a Lower East Side bar, hosted by Gelf, Eric Angevine, Luke Winn, and John Hanc will read from and talk about their work, and take questions. It's March Madness night: Angevine is an editor of the college-basketball blog Storming the Floor, Winn covers the sport for Sports Illustrated, and Hanc will report on the other March Madness, the Antarctica Marathon.
