Varsity Letters 8/1 Interviews

Three sports-book authors will be speaking at a free Gelf event in New York on Wednesday, August 1, at 8 p.m. Come by the Happy Ending Lounge to hear writers Sally Jenkins, Seth Mnookin, and Joe Posnanski read from and discuss their writing.

Gelf is featuring interviews with the writers. Click on each author's name for the interview:

Sally Jenkins, author of The Real All Americans: The Team That Changed a Game, a People, a Nation and a columnist for the Washington Post.

Seth Mnookin, author of Feeding the Monster: How Money, Smarts, and Nerve Took a Team to the Top.

Joe Posnanski, author of The Soul of Baseball: A Road Trip Through Buck O'Neil's America and a columnist for the Kansas City Star.
