License to Gelf

By posting messages, inputting data, or engaging in any other form of communication through this service, you are granting Gelf a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to:

Use, copy, sublicense, adapt, transmit, publicly perform or display any such communication.

Sublicense to third parties the unrestricted right to exercise any of the foregoing rights granted with respect to the communication.

The foregoing grants shall include the right to exploit any proprietary rights in such communication, including but not limited to rights under copyright, trademark, servicemark or patent laws under any relevant jurisdiction.

Content linked to Gelf

You should be aware that when you are on Gelf's site, you could be directed to other sites that are beyond our control. Gelf has provided links and pointers to Internet sites maintained by third parties. For example, if you click on a banner advertisement or a search result, the click may take you off the Gelf Site. This includes links from advertisers, sponsors, and content partners. Neither Gelf, nor its affiliates operate or control in any respect any information, products or services on these third-party sites. Forums, Comments and Public Communications

"Forum" means a chat area, message board, instant messaging or e-mail function offered as part of Gelf. Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information. However, you acknowledge that anything you submit to Gelf by way of any forum is routed to the Internet and that you therefore have no expectation of privacy with regard to any such submission. You acknowledge that the forums and features on Gelf are forums for public and not private communications. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions. If you rely on Gelf and any materials available through it, you do so at your own risk.

Law governing the agreement

You agree to indemnify Gelf, its directors, officers, managers, employees, shareholders, agents, and licensors, from and against all losses, costs, and damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York.
