1. How many sketch-comedy festivals have you performed at? This is our first sketch-comedy festival. 2. Who are you looking forward to seeing at the festival? Elephant Larry. I've heard good things about their sketch, but I'm also just impressed with their advertising regimen. I see more promotion for Elephant Larry shows than I did for the first Batman movie. I mean all this in a good way. 3. Besides yourself, who's the best sketch comedy group in the U.S. today? Like all good comedy snobs, we love Mr. Show, but I guess they don't count as "today." The group that we seem to talk most about when discussing sketch is Buffoons. Always fun and surprising. 4. Please give an example of something you think is funny. James Woods. 5. What can viewers expect from your show? Half an hour of five dudes being all cool and stuff. A few obscure turns of phrase. An obligatory vampire. An exposed ass. |
